Refund a payment
- Open Payments in the sidebar.
- Find the payment and open it.
- Click Refund and choose the full or a partial amount.
Payouts
Money from bookings is paid to your bank account automatically. The Payouts section on the Payments screen shows upcoming and past payouts, and lets you change the schedule and bank account.
Disputes
If a guest disputes a payment with their bank, it appears on the Payments screen with what is needed from you and the deadline to respond.
