Yes. Type your domain in the Domain settings and we show you the two records to add at your domain company, with step-by-step tips for GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare and others. A “Check connection” button tells you when it’s live, and the security certificate (the padlock) is set up automatically.

Yes, and you choose how, for all tours or tour by tour: an enquiry form, “Book now” with online payment, or your existing booking system. With Tourdawn Payments you take deposits or full payments and see payments, refunds and payouts right in your dashboard. The fee is 5.9% + $0.30 per online payment, card fees included; there is no separate payment account to manage.

Bókun, Rezdy, FareHarbor and Checkfront are built in: add your account name and each tour’s product ID, and the booking button opens your system’s calendar on your website. Any other system works with a booking link or its embed code.

Yes, through a booking system. Viator and GetYourGuide connect to booking systems that manage live availability, not to websites directly. Connect your tours on Bókun, Rezdy or FareHarbor to Viator and GetYourGuide, then link the same system to Tourdawn: bookings from your website and from both marketplaces come out of one calendar, so nothing is double-booked. A direct connection from Tourdawn to Viator and GetYourGuide is on our roadmap.

Yes. The Atlas design is made for agencies: add experiences and stays from Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook or Booking.com with your affiliate links, and put partner flight and hotel search boxes (for example Travelpayouts or Skyscanner) on your homepage. A commission notice is shown automatically where partner links appear.

Tourdawn Payments is available for businesses registered in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, much of Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the UAE, Japan and Hong Kong. In Sri Lanka you can take payments with PayHere and in India with Razorpay, into your own merchant account. Anywhere else you can take enquiries or use your booking system’s payments.

Yes, automatically and in the language they used your website in: a confirmation of their enquiry or booking, a link to their trip page, a reminder before they travel and a review request when they are home. You get an email for every new enquiry and booking. Every email is listed in your dashboard.

Yes. Create a proposal from any enquiry in one click, start from one of your tours, adjust the days and prices, and see your margin as you go. Your guest gets a private link with the day-by-day plan, a branded PDF and the option to accept and pay the deposit online.

Yes. Switch on German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch and your tours, pages and menus are translated by AI. When you change a tour, the translations update by themselves. Guests find a language menu on every page, and search engines see each language.

Yes. Create promo codes with a percentage or amount off, limited by dates, number of uses or tours. Switch on gift vouchers and guests can buy them on your website; whoever receives one spends it when they book.

You do. Download everything you have put into Tourdawn, including tours, enquiries, bookings and photos, as one file whenever you like.

Type a few notes on a tour or destination and the AI writer drafts the summary, highlights and day-by-day itinerary in clear, natural English. Every plan includes free drafts each month (20, 60 or 150). If you need more, you can switch on extra drafts at $0.55 each, with a monthly limit you set yourself.

Yes. Add your ratings as badges, drawn in your website’s style and linked to your profiles, or paste the official widget from Tripadvisor, Trustpilot or a Google review service. Widgets run in a sealed frame, so they can’t slow down or break your site.

Any time. Pick a colour scheme or your exact brand colours, choose from eight font pairings, and switch between the three designs: your tours, pages and settings carry over.
